AFRP foster dog Tupper was taking a walk at Jade Park in Capitola today when he pulled out of his collar and harness and took off running.
Tupper is a small white and red Terrier/Pug mix with a curly tail. He weighs about 12 pounds. Tupper is a very sweet but shy dog and it is not likely he will approach a stranger for help.
If you spot Tupper, let him come to you. Speak softly, offer a treat, and look to the side instead of staring directly at him. Kneel down to make yourself small.
